The Chief of Operations is a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The holder of this position is in charge of the day-to-day assignment and reconciliation of fleet chapters, their squadrons, and other operational matters. This person holds the minimum rank of Vice Admiral.
Duties
- Responsible for all duties involving the chapters of the fleet.
- Ensure adequate records are maintained for all pilot call signs and Viper/Raptor tail numbers.
- List all Viper and Raptor squadrons assigned to each chapter.
- Other tasks as required to assist the Commander in Chief.
